Completion of Order:
a. | Upon completing your delivery address on the website, the system will automatically determine the correct delivery charge based on the details, you have entered to be your shipping address. The charges are calculated automatically and added to your shopping cart. It is therefore imperative that you complete your shipping address accurately on the system, as we cannot change this once your order is placed, you received your order number and we received your payment confirmation email. |

Sub-Saharan Africa Countries:
To accommodate shipping to Sub-Saharan Africa countries the least expensive way to ship a Flygrip unit and accessories to a maximum of 20 items at a time is to take it’s contents out of our normal retail box, and put inside a plastic Ziplog bag. We will then be able to ship your order to you via DHL Couriers at a minimum charge of R370. For any orders for more than 20 items (Flygrip units and accessories) please contact [email protected] for your bulk order quote and best shipping rate. We also cannot make use of any Postal services as we have found this to be very unreliable and we want to make sure that you also receive the benefits of having a Flygrip unit at your disposal. We endeavor to ship your unit within 15 business days, but it might take longer than that, provided that you have entered your billing /shipping address on the form correctly when checking out. We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information provided on the form/ website.

Will I have to sign for my package:
a. | When shipped via our couriers it is imperative that you have to sign for the package. Someone may not sign on your behalf. You will indemnify and hold I-Wear Clothing (Pty) Ltd harmless for loss of delivery if someone signed for the parcel on your behalf, where you have provided the delivery address. |
b. | If there is no one at home and the courier returns to our warehouse, another shipping fee is required for delivery. Please contact our [email protected] team for arranging for delivery. |

What happens if a product is missing from my shipment?
a. | If you received an incomplete delivery, you can notify us at [email protected] and our friendly customer service team will be in touch to assist you. |

How do I track my order online?
a. | Please contact [email protected] if you have not received your order within 15 business days. We will be able to provide you with your tracking number. |

What do I do if my unit is broken upon delivery?
a. | Please remember, this is very important, you have to check (scrutinize) your unit and extra accessories before the courier leave your premises. If you do not scrutinize your purchase, we will assume that your product was delivered as ordered. |
b. | If you discover that this is not the correct unit you have ordered or there is some sort of defect with the unit, you need to contact our support team [email protected] for support and visit our Return Policy. |
c. | Remember we can’t refund or return any accessories (stickers & adhesives) incorrectly ordered and delivered. |
